Ryan says "My goal is just to continue to be active and keep working to improve how I feel. This will link to both mental and physical benefits that come from the Ox Effect classes. Yoga and Pilates will help with flexibility and mobility. Downstairs classes will help with Strength and Fitness. All of the classes help with managing the stress and anxiety of work and daily life."
The Ox Effect will be back to 7 days. From the 23rd September, Sunday mornings will have a 9am class. Ox Fusion will be added due to popular demand.
This class consists of a normal HIIT circuit of various stations that are to be completed at high intensity in short bursts with timed intervals. At various points through the class, the HIIT circuit stops for the Yoga postures to commence for stretching and recovery. The Yoga intervals also serve as a longer rest period of the high intensity interval training. Stretching the muscles used in the circuit will aid the prevention of injury and relax your heart rate, as well as getting you ready to go again on the next part of the HIIT circuit.
